The Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) works to inspect and monitor independent schools against standards set by the government, through regular objective reports. The reports cover all aspects of the school and uses the reports to ensure the quality of education children are receiving within the private sector.
The ISI confirmed that ALS meets all of the Independent School Standards in their recent Inspection report in April 2026. The ISI report (April 2026) came to this judgement across every area evaluation: the effectiveness of leadership and management, the quality of education, pupils' wellbeing, their personal development, and safeguarding.
