We are delighted to report unprecedented success in this year’s A Level examination results. For another year in a row, we celebrate the success of our A Level pupils and their results.
Of all grades awarded, 10% were at A*, 45% at A*-A, 73% at A*-B and a 100% pass rate. Most impressively, our pupils’ value added score (the number of grades per pupil achieved beyond their targets) was ALS’ highest ever.
Among the individual success stories were Harry who achieved the equivalent of A*, A, A in Music, Mathematics and Computer Science; Jacob who achieved A*, A, A in History, Politics and English Literature and Francesca who achieved A, A, A in Biology, English Literature and Geography.
Over the past two years, we have been tremendously proud of how hard the pupils have worked and the success they have achieved is a wonderful reflection of their dedication to their studies, particularly considering the challenging circumstances the pupils have faced.
We are very proud of all of our pupils' success and look forward to hearing about their future achievements at university and beyond.
