To celebrate #WorldPoetryDay on the 21st March, we are holding 2 poetry competitions for the whole school to get involved with!
Junior School and Senior School pupils can write their own poem or perform and record a poem of your choice, with a winner being announced for each year group.
These are optional competitions to give pupils a chance to be creative and to give those aspiring writers and performers an opportunity to showcase their talents, and is something for them to work on at home.
For the first competition, pupils will need to send a photo or scan of their own poem to Class Dojo (Junior School) or via email (Senior School). For the second competition, pupils will need to record themselves performing their poem and send in their performance via email ([email protected] for Junior [email protected] for Senior) or on Class Dojo.
The deadline for entries is on Monday 15th March. On the 22nd March, we will announce the winners by year group.
